WEDDING PARTY PROGRAM
PROGRAM INCLUDES:
Fitness Assessment:
- Current weight, body fat measurements and BMI will be taken of the wedding party to document your starting point.
Nutritional Support:
- General nutritional information will be provided to the team to help in making healthier choices in their meal selections.
The Group Training:
- The complete wedding party will take part in Sgt. Nate’s very own special designed work out program, The Ranger Training.
- This full body callisthenic work out is presented in an accented military form.
- It’s a full body, abdominal busting, thigh burning, and lung collapsing program guaranteed to get you and the team the results that you are looking for just in time for that special day.
Progress Tracking:
- Three phases of progress tracking will be done of the group during this twelve week (12 sessions) period.
- The initial, mid cycle, and end of cycle evaluation of body weight, body fat, and BMI will be completed to help keep you on point and on schedule.
SPECIAL FEATURE:
Pre And Post Natal Training
- If there is anyone in the party that is expecting a little one, a specific exercise program will be designed for them.
- This way, they will be able to work out in a safe yet effective manner.
SPECIAL BONUS:
- The complete wedding party trains for one fee.
- The bride and groom will receive a customed designed nutrition program, a training/nutritional journal, full beginning, mid-cycle, and end of cycle assessment absolutely free.
