Don't Make Excuses........Make it Happen

TESTIMONIALS

1) I’ve attended Sgt. Nate’s Ranger Training class for several years, had him conduct corporate instruction at a retreat, and received personal training to help maintain individual goals. Sgt. Nate takes a very professional and personal approach to his work. He genuinely enjoys helping others to succeed and adjust to each persons needs. He may look tough on the outside, but, inside he really cares about all of his clients. I’ve referred several people to him for personal training and group class and all have been extremely satisfied.

2) Sgt. Nate is someone who is not only dedicated to fitness and the wellness of all, but he is also dedicated to the wellness of the African/Black community here in Philadelphia, PA. Sgt. Nate comes in every semester to speak in my Pan-African Studies Community Education Program (PASCEP) class at Temple University in North Philadelphia, PA. He shares his knowledge, his years of experience, his dedication to community service, and his love for what he does by motivating all of those he encounters to be as spiritually, mentally, and physically healthy as possible. In fact, he is the highlight of my class and on the first day, they always ask: when is Sgt. Nate coming in?

3) Well, Sgt. Nate…the word is out that you are one hell of an instructor and an awesome motivator. You had three of my “master FLIP” instructors take your Ranger Training class. These guys teach a program I am part owner of called Flip Fitness. They thought they were in decent shape until they met you. Thanks for sharing your passion and talents.

4) With no exaggeration, Sgt. Nate helped me to change my life. I recovered from breast cancer 5 years ago. At that time, I started working out with Sgt. Nate, mostly in his Ranger Training program and with him with some personal training. I’m now 58 and in the best physical condition of my life. At a time when I see others my age in decline and on all kinds of medication, I just keep getting better.
