WEEKLY CLASSES


Below are listings of days, locations, and times that Sgt. Nate will be teaching group fitness classes. Please call the numbers below for additional information and directions.


CLASS NAME:RANGER TRAINING

Created by Sgt. Nate Griffin, this elite full body conditioning challenge comes with a military twist. The class focuses on muscular strengthening, and endurance, as well as flexibility, and stability. The cardiovascular drill is second to none, presented with a humorous slant, and is guaranteed to give you a lung collapsing, abdominal locking, thigh burning work out.

CLASS NAME: GET-2-STEPPIN’

This is an intense and challenging cardio-step/sculpting class lasting only 45 minutes designed by Sgt. Nate Griffin. This is definitely a class for those wishing to “step up” their aerobic conditioning to a more intense level. Sgt. Nate’s announces to the class,
“If you’re ready for a change to your boring routine, GET TO STEPPIN’”, If you can’t handle it, GET TO STEPPIN’”.

CLASS NAME: FUSION CROSS-TRAINING.

A unique melding of heart, muscle, and mind (HMM). Created by Philadelphia’s top local fitness guru, Gavin Mckay, this special one hour and 15 minute session includes, 20 minutes of cardio (Bike/treadmill), 25 minutes of toning/strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga/stretching.

CLASS NAME: BOOT CAMP

Mainly conducted outside during the spring and summer seasons; this class offers the best of military styled training for a full body workout without any equipment other than the human body.

CLASS NAME: EXPRESS ABS

This is an intensive 20 minute core work out with strong military madness.

CLASS NAME: ABS AND BUTT

You can completely reshape your lower body in this 20 minute “If you want it tight, you’ve gotta do it right” class.
